As we take on our activities that have been carefully mapped and spread out through out the year 2024, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for your moral, financial and material support, and for keeping abreast with the activities of MEVCUDA. As we do so, permit us reintroduce to you the concept of MEVCUDA.
MEVCUDA, which is the acronym for Meveo Cultural and Development Assembly – Mevcuda is a civil society organization and non-profit community building oriented platform, whose main objective is to PROMOTE PEACE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
For the past 10 years, we have strategically impacted over Ten Thousand (10000) lives by carrying out several activities that have been tailored and geared towards community and capacity building, skills and talent development, women empowerment, promotion of agriculture and rural development.
Our work directly benefits the grassroots including students, farmers, culturalists, motorbikers,entrepreneurs, and even persons with disabilities, irrespective of their tribal, religious nor political backgrounds.
Every year is divided into 4 quarters where each quarter is allocated for specific activities including but not Limited to:
* Miss MEVCUDA Beauty Contest
* MEVCUDA Capacity Building Workshop
* MEVCUDA Football Competition (Male & Female categories)
* MEVCUDA Agro-sylvo Exhibition Show & Farmer’s Support Scheme
* MEVCUDA Trade Exhibition Fair
* MEVCUDA Cultural Assembly.
We also have in our arsenal several publications of our annual Magazines, brochures and stickers which all help us to echo the passion we have for the promotion of Peace, sustainable development, living together and national integration.
