The 35 students from the ATLANTIC TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL popularly known as HARPAWISE have been urged to make good use the gained knowledge they received during 3rd edition of the MEVCUDA Capacity Building Workshop which held from the 29th of Novemberto 1st December 2023. They were also encouraged to incorporate their knowledge gained in conversations with their classmates, friends, social groups, family members and relatives.

The ceremony which took place at the campus of the technical high school on Wednesday the 22nd of May was characterized by a symbolic award of attestations exercise, a recognition award exercise, commercial breaks and a series of fiery artistic performances frok the students.

According to the Principal at HARPAWISE school, Mr. EKUKA PAUL hailed the National Coordinator of the MEVCUDA project and the dynamism of the team in implementing ideas, concepts and initiatives all for the growth and promotion of Peace and Sustainable Development.

Honorary mention goes to MAYOR for accompanying the HAND OVER AWARD OF ATTESTATION OF PARTCIPATION ceremonies to these secondary and higher institutions of learning.

Under the theme; “Fostering Skills Development Outside The Classroom”, the MEVCUDA CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP is an initiative of MEVCUDA which brings together resource persons from both GOVERNMENT and PRIVATE entities, to transfer relevant knowledge on General and practical, local and international affairs to varied categories of participants, paying special attention to students of secondary and higher institutes of learning.
