The event took place on Sunday 28th April 2024 at UPPER CASSAVA FARMS in Limbe.
The President of the MUKONGE DANCE GROUP, Pa TAYOUN GODFRED expressed gratitude to the Organising Committee of MEVCUDA for recognising their efforts in contributing towards the promotion of peace and sustainable development through Cultural Integration and living together.
He went further to thank the National Coordinator of Meveo Cultural and Development Assembly – Mevcuda , HRH NDIKO FONDERSON HENRY for the recognition, pledging their unwavering support towards all the activities of MEVCUDA in the best way possible.
After handing over the recognition award and a cash gift, Chief Ndiko Fonderson thanked the members of the group for believing in and accompanying the activities of MEVCUDA for more than 4 editions and encouraged them to register and benefit from the MEVCUDA farmers support scheme, besides their usual cultural manifestations during the MEVCUDA cultural assembly.
It is worthy of note that MUKONGE DANCE GROUP have played an active role during cultural manifestations since 2019 editions of MEVCUDA.
